Standard

Hubcon IT Standard Support

Our Standard Support tier offers services from 9 AM to 5 PM and is available for both free and paid accounts:
Free Accounts: Offered for a limited time, giving users the opportunity to explore Hubcon IT and conduct POCs with access to technical support.
Paid Accounts: Billing begins from the first instance, with a minimum charge equivalent to three instances.

Who is it for?
This plan is ideal for production deployments that don’t require support outside of business hours, as well as for those testing and evaluating Hubcon IT.

Business

Hubcon IT Business Support Plan

Our Business Support plan provides 24/7 support for system availability and recovery, backed by an SLA. This includes initial response from our NOC and escalation support from Hubcon IT engineers, available around the clock with a follow-the-sun global presence.

Perfect for customers in production environments or MSPs running customer POCs that need continuous, SLA-driven support. This plan offers a balanced mix of cost-effectiveness and comprehensive 24/7 support availability.

Hubcon IT Platinum Support Plan

Our Platinum Support plan is the top-tier service, providing 24/7 support with an enhanced SLA and a dedicated escalation team, including additional on-call engineering resources for immediate assistance.
